Manufacturer's 1-Year Limited Warranty
All of our cell phone batteries and cellular accessories come with a manufacturer's 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. (Any item that does not come with a manufacturer's warranty is specifically noted as such.)
Our manufacturers warrant their products to be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal use and service conditions for a period of one (1) year after the original date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage to the product resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, or improper handling and/or care. Specific conditions not covered by this warranty include, but are not limited to the following: overcharging and/or improper charging of a battery, use of a charger other than that specified for a particular battery type, severe impact or blow to the product (such as dropping it), use with a phone other than those specified for the product, and subjecting the product to extreme temperatures or operating environments. In addition, this warranty does not warrant the effective life (length of service) of a battery since the effective life of a battery is primarily determined by the usage patterns and the quality of care given over a battery's lifetime. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser. Warranty is void if the warranty sticker has been removed or if any internal component has been altered or modified. CellPower's obligation under this warranty is limited to, at our option, the replacement or repair of the product under warranty. All products for which a warranty claim is made must be received by CellPower according to the terms of our Return Policy.
Return Policy for Product Returns and Exchanges
In the event that an item must be returned for exchange, credit, or refund, please follow these steps:
First, obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please note that no returns of any kind will be accepted without a RMA number.
You will need the following information to submit a request and receive a RMA number:

-- Order Number and Purchase Date
-- Item Part Number(s) or Description
-- Description of the problem, reason for the request, and desired action (return or exchange)
Second, send the item(s) being returned to the CellPower Returns Department address that will be provided when you receive your RMA number. Mark your RMA number on the outside of the package and include all product components, original packaging material, and a copy of the Sales Order. Return shipping costs on warranty replacement items and errors on our behalf will be the responsibility of CellPower; otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In the case of a refund, the refund will be issued to the customer's credit card account used in making the original purchase. Issuance of the refund is only made upon receipt of 100% of the items being returned in good physical condition. Items returned without all components and/or original packaging material are subject to a minimum 20% re-stocking fee.
Note that certain items, such as software products and internal antenna booosters, are not returnable for refund, credit, or exchange.
